West Coast Tanks is not a startup. We were created to bring Pioneer water storage to the West, built on the histories of two companies with decades of roots in water and agriculture.

Green Rubber Kennedy Ag

More than 30 years serving the agricultural and industrial community of the Salinas Valley. It began in 1990 as a small, family run conveyor belting shop for farming and food processing. In 2003 it merged with Kennedy Bros., a spray and fertilizer business, and the two became Green Rubber Kennedy Ag. Today the company runs eight locations across California and Arizona, serving growers, processors, and industrial customers with products, service, and custom fabrication.

Dougherty Pump & Drilling, Inc.

Serving the Central Coast of California since 1942, supplying water and wastewater utilities, homeowners, water systems, agriculture, and critical infrastructure. A key part of the local water supply chain, with decades of expertise in water services and storage tank construction and installation. Affiliated with the Pacific Water Quality Association, the California Groundwater Association, and the National Groundwater Association, and a trusted resource for well owners across the state.
